Alongside that, I witnessed nonprofits operating on bootstrap budgets struggling to find sustainable ways to generate consistent income beyond traditional fundraising. What they needed wasn’t necessarily bigger budgets, they needed better strategies, streamlined operations, and more efficient internal systems to fully capture the opportunities already within their reach.
